The recent report  "Integrating Social Determinants of Health and Health 
Equity into Canadian Public Health Practice: Environmental Scan 2010" 
by the NCC-DH available at 
http://www.nccdh.ca/supportfiles/Environmental-Scan-2010.pdf presented 
three frameworks and asked the following of 318 stakeholders: 

In order to best support the actions of public health organizations and 
their staff to address the determinants of health, which DOH framework 
should be the focus of the NCCDH?s work?

Of the 151 that chose the SDOH framework, the majority (66%) supported a
