You may wish to share with your Twain Forum subscribers this brief notice:

James D. Wilson, Professor of English at the University of Southwestern
Louisiana, passed away on November 16th. He had been in remission after
his treatment for cancer for the last year or so. Funeral arrangements
have been made for this Wednesday, but the other details are not yet
known.
