I found this report online, in case some people have not seen it and are
interested

"Commonwealth Action on Globalisation and Health"...paper provides an
overview of actions agreed at the Christchurch Commonwealth Health Ministers
Meeting and a framework to support the development of a comprehensive action
programme in response to the opportunities and threats of globalisation for
health.
