Dear All,
I believe that the usage of mobile phone is much higher in Hong Kong than in
Sydney. On average, more than 2/3 population in Hong Kong are mobile users,
and similar situation in Macau where I am living in. While there may be
injury on using mobile, I have no choice not to use mobile due to business
purpose. For minimize risk exposed, I try my best to minimize the usage
time. I believe that people should be general educated to do so.
