Check out the CAHPERD web site (Canadian Association for Health, Physical
Education, Recreation and Dance).  They have a Quality Daily Physical
Education program, and one for healthy schools (Quality School Health), that
includes curriculum, the school environment and support services.  They are
based in Ottawa as well.
