approaching!

AUGUST 1st
* Position Paper and Resolution submissions
The Guidelines for Position Papers & Resolutions is available from the OPHA

AUGUST 31st
* Board of Director nominations
The Nomination Form is available from the OPHA website at
www.opha.on.ca/about/board.html
* Dr. Louis Grant Award, Honorary Membership Award and Life Membership Award
nominations
The Nomination Forms are available from the OPHA website at
www.opha.on.ca/activities/awards.html

Awards will be given at the Annual Conference, November 2 - 5, at the Cleary
International Centre in Windsor (visit www.wechealthunit.org/opha for
conference details).

Position papers, resolutions and Board of Director nominations are voted on
at the OPHA Annual General Meeting, held on Monday November 3rd as part of
the Annual Conference.
