The Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) award recognizes
exemplary partnerships between communities and health professional schools
that build on each other's strengths to improve health professional
education, civic responsibility, and the overall health of communities.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The deadline for nomination submissions is March 31, 2004. Partnerships may
nominate themselves and need not be members of CCPH. We welcome nominations

AWARDS PRESENTATION
The 2004 CCPH Award will be announced at the international conference being
cosponsored by CCPH and The Network: Toward Unity for Health, October 6-10,
2004 in Atlanta, GA, USA. The conference features the theme: "Overcoming
Health Disparities: Global Experiences from Partnerships Between
Communities, Health Services and Health Professional Schools." For more
