I agree with Judy's acknowledgement of Tom Ferguson's
energetic work.  I have been influenced by Tom in the
health policy work I have done in the field of consumer
health informatics.  I have written an article titled
"Putting People into Health Strategy".  The article
advocates health strategies supporting consumer competence,
health citizenship and involvement with a focused proposal
for curriculum frameworks.  Anyone interested in an outline
