If I prefer a broad view of health promotion, at least I am
aware of the narrower views. There is an issue when those
with a narrower view are unaware of the broader, emergent
views. Especially, when lack of knowledge of the broader
views supports those who benefit (both financially and
intellectually) from such lack of knowledge.
