Dear Allison and fellow CLICK4HPers:

Great minds think alike! We at the Institute for Health Sciences at the
Technical University, Berlin are also engaged in making sense out of the
overwhelming amounts of information about public health in the net. 

With a project entitled "Preliminary Study: Public Health
Documentation," we are attempting to set up an on-line, bilingual
(German-English) information clearinghouse for public health
professionals.  Also, the project aims to provide an electronic exchange
for public health researchers and practitioners seeking international
contacts and potential project partners.

We have followed CLICK4HP with great interest for some time, and are now
at a point where we can throw our electronic hat in the ring.  We would
be interested to see how we can do some on-line mind-melding in the
field of health promotion, as it is becoming apparent that many are
laboring to produce the same product, namely a workable bookmark list.

At this URL, one will find public health promotion-related bookmarks, a
German-English research partner contact bulletin board and an
international public health discussion list (still under construction,
to be conducted mainly in German).

Joining electronic hands to form a health promotion Intranet is a great
idea and one that fits very well into our project goals.  Please let us
know how we can cooperate.  All contributions gratefully accepted.
