If you are eager to enhance your facilitation skills to work across
sectors with diverse and marginalized populations, and increase your
confidence in managing critical moments and varied perspectives in
facilitating groups—in communities, organizations, and educational
settings—then this workshop is for you! You will learn, reflect and apply
transformative skills to issues that are relevant to your community and
your workplace.

This highly participatory two-day program is relevant to those feeling
challenged by complex issues and interested in facilitating others in
community development, health promotion and educational experiences. The
program is grounded in theory, and introduces and expands upon
transformative communication skills using the Circle of Health as a
framework for conversation. Participants will receive a Circle of Health
Facilitator’s Handbook and a certificate of participation.
