Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any examples of population health approaches to reducing falls in the elderly? We are a Population Health service in Queensland Australia and are specifically looking to invest in methods that positively impact on physical and social environments and are not focussed on providing information, training or improving referrals within hospital or primary health care settings.
In particular we would love to hear about anything that looked at advocacy and policy enhancements within non health sectors such as housing and transport. Information on innovative approaches will be much appreciated.
