I am delighted to see SDOH covered in the Sask. high school curriculum.
I do not know the status in Ontario elementary and secondary schools.
However, I know for certain SDOH is covered in the curriculum at the
University of Ottawa medical school in the under-grad program. I teach
it as well to my family practice post-grad residents. I include
material on all the forms the state requires doctors to complete for
patient access to the social safety network.
