AFTER VISITING Japan, I considered writing an article about why the Japanese seem to live forever. Perhaps this will answer my question! 😊

Subject: [SDOH] A new atlas on health inequalities, The Atlas of Health Inequalities in Japan

Dear Canadian colleagues,

A new book which you might be interested in has been just published on line. That is:
The Atlas of Health Inequalities in Japan | SpringerLink
https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-030-22707-4
.
I contributed a chapter to the book and would like to let you know the atlas. The atlas is concerned with Japan, but has stimulating maps using updated technologies. Therefore, I think, it is worth reading for international readers.

Cheers,

Ryozo Matsuda, PhD, MD
Professor, College of Social Sciences, Ritsumeikan University
