Have added some clarification regarding income (over the years it went from $8,000 to $7,200, 
thanks to my diminishing savings). Then at the bottom of the post, there's more on the direct relation 
between oral health and poverty; it includes links to articles on experiments showing a direct link 
between stress and health.
