That first talk, by the Hon. Jim Watson, has an interesting title: "New
Perspectives on Health Care Promotion." 

Given that 'health care' is the political equivalent to 'acute-care system'
and 'health promotion' addresses policies and issues outside the system, I
wonder if he and his talk will be as confused.
