Lela,
I want to wish you well in your initiative!  It was not my intention to be 
discouraging but rather to suggest that people not responding to your 
invitation not be interpreted necessarily as complacency on their part. 
They may be active in other advocacy efforts and unable to divide themselves 
any further.

I am sorry that you have had a disappointment with the health coalitions but 
in their defense I will say that these are very busy times with several 
pieces of key legislation and further privatization efforts taking place.  I 
hope you will not give up on bringing your interests to the health coalition 
to forge potential partnerships!  There are many keen minds and good hearts 
there.
