This report provides an excellent overview of the state of any number of
social developments of health. I find it extremely useful for geeting a
grip on where Canada stands in relation to the social democratic nations of
Sweden, Norway and Denmark and the Anglo-Saxon liberal economies of US and
UK. These differences are quite profound.

Haven't really focused on where NZ and Australia stands.
