"Your approach to health promotion is out-dated and limited.  The primary
determinants of "healthy living" are living conditions.  Why is there no
mention of poverty, poor housing, inadequate benefits and a living wage?
Why does the province claw-back the child benefit from families on social
assistance?  This is shameful.  Anyone working at this new Ministry should
be embarrased to have such employment."
