An interesting document; The one thing that stands out for me, however, is 
that gender is not listed as a social determinant of health nor made 
reference to anywhere in the document. Neither is there a reference to 
women, mothers etc.This is a serious oversight for those of us wanting to 
address the social determinants of women's health and who are being told (by 
our federal government and Minister for the Status of Women) that women have 
achieved gender equality and there is no need to advocate any further.
