Here are the instructions for Health Canda employees who are "clogging" the
listserve with out of office messages. I hope this helps reduce some of the
problem.
Open lotus notes
From the inbox view, click on Tools (wrench icon)
select Out of Office... (just as you would to enable your out of office
message normally)
click on the 4th tab, labelled exceptions
type the 3 identifiers listed below into the first box titled "Do not
automatically reply to mail from these people or groups", separate the
identifiers with commas
[SDOH],
[log in to unmask],
Social Determinants of Health <[log in to unmask]>
repeat the same thing in the second box titled "Do not automatically
reply from mail from these people or groups"
click on enable and continue with your out of office message as usual.
