If this is what you are trying to do, it is not coming across. I concur some of the healthy lifestyle messaging that you are speaking of. However, one of the problem (and you are contributing to it by posting it) is instead advocating for the "whole" food, we looking at "food" by it individual nutrient. (sort of a metaphor of SDOH discussions, no offense).
If we want to get the SDOH message out there, let's advocate for everyone (regardless of income, class, race, gender, age, and etc, and etc) have access to healthy food.
Perhaps this is a more effective communication strategy.
