Hello Everyone:

I have been away on holidays and have picked this up upon my return.
Just to be clear and set the record straight, Mr. Romanow's 2003 speech,
Connecting the Dots: From Health Care and Illness to Wellbeing, included
the 10 tips for staying healthy with a footnote to say 'adapted' from
work authored by Dr. Joan Wharf Higgins, University of Victoria. I have
confirmed with Dr. Wharf Higgins that she adapted the '10 tips' to make
it more Canadian for her Community & Health Population class. And as
some of you have already noted, Dr. David Gordon, University of Bristol,
is the original author.

We have made this correction to the speech and changed it on our
website.
