The Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance of Canada (CDPAC) will host  
its fourth pan-Canadian conference in Ottawa, February 7-10, 2012. The  
conference will focus on how individuals, organizations, strategies  
and sectors have collaboratively acted on the root causes of chronic  
disease in Canada.
