QuickMarkUnder its newly-initiated Long Term Accommodation Strategy, the
Archives of Ontario, Management Board Secretariat requires a dynamic,
results-oriented leader to head its capital facilities projects and provide
strong leadership to direct all aspects of the projects and deliver two
special purpose facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strategic planning and change management skills to direct
the project, establish performance measures, monitor achievements, benchmark
against best practices, ensure appropriate accountability mechanisms for
both highly-skilled project staff and specialized consultants, meet tight
deadlines and ultimately relocate the largest provincial/territorial
archival program in the country. Experience in real estate/capital planning
as well as ASD and contract management will ensure the success of this
complex project. You will bring strong conceptual, analytical and financial
skills to ensure fiscal responsibility and project accountability.
