Hi all,

We're almost one month away from Health Promotion Ontario’s Annual
Conference! This year, the theme is “Health e-Connections: Innovate
Technologies in Health Promotion”. The conference will examine the
digitization of health promotion in preventing illness and reducing injury.
Numerous examples of innovative health promotion technologies will be
presented and discussed demonstrating their impact and effectiveness on
changing behaviour. The conference will also address how technology has
improved the social determinants of health in Ontario and beyond.

Keynote speakers:
Dr. Joe Cafazzo, Centre Lead – Centre for Global e-Health Innovation
Dr. Geoff Fernie, Researcher and Professor – University Health Network

The conference will include 6 different breakout sessions that will have a
variety of presentations discussing and demonstrating examples of various
health promotion technologies used reduce disease and injury. The
presentations will also address the impact of health promotion technologies
on the social determinants of health.

All registration details found at www.hpontario.com. The Early Bird
