plaintive whining and condemnation." In fact, the Globe's April 10th book
section featured Prescription for Excellence. You can find a copy of

You should be able to find Prescription for Excellence at your local
bookseller although it is now sold out of the warehouse. I have asked for
it to be placed with other political books but you might find it with
