The request for poverty and health material is an example of a question for
which I need guidance.

My inclination would be that a) everyone on the list could benefit from
such info.

BUT, b) people may not to be deluged with emails.

THEREFORE, I propose a solution of the person who requested the info, upon
collating the responses directed to HIM, present this collation to the
list.

Does this seem reasonable?  Should responses to this question go to me? or
the list?  :-)
