Hello all,

Interior Heatlh is responsible for health services for a large area of
British Columbia, Canada (population about 700,000). A planning process for
Chronic Disease Prevention was recently completed. It marks a shift for the
health authority in explicitly acknowledging SDOH and identifying various
roles to move forward.

Find the plan itself through this link on the Interior Health website:
http://www.interiorhealth.ca/Choose+Health/Pop+Health/

If you'd like to direct responses or comments about the plan directly to the
Population Health unit at IH, send to [log in to unmask]
