Thank you for the offer!  if you still have a review copy of the book, I would be interested.

We have a couple of remaining review copies of the following book:

*It's Your Life: End the Confusion from Inconsistent Health Advice*    by
Professor Norman Ratcliffe

http://www.cranmorepublications.co.uk/6

Details of the author and the book can be found on the above link. It is
worth noting that the book contains specific advice on diet, exercise and
vitamins for:

* People of different ages.

* Young people planning a family or with young children. There are 2
chapters on food additives which are particularly important for babies and
young children to avoid as their rapidly growing tissues are more
susceptible to these chemicals.

* Those over 40. The last chapter is on muscle wasting (sarcopenia) in
elderly people which is most important to avoid as it results in frailty in
the old and the inability to remain independent in life. Sarcopenia begins
after about 40 yr and can be avoided by resistant exercise.

Let us know if you would like a copy.
