"The Ministry of Health Promotion has announced it is realigning its 
priorities and therefore is making adjustments to its budget lines. As a 
result, a number of new directions are or will be planed in over the 
next few months, including a complete cut to the funding of the Ontario 
Self Help Network at the end of September 2009."
