On June 15th Dr. James Talbot, the Chief Medical Officer of Health for the province of Alberta shared his vision about “The Future of …Health” at the TEDx Edmonton event.  The theme of this year’s event was “The Future of…”  and challenged participants to think about how the future is shaped by the ideas, attitudes and decisions we make and how our actions collectively impact our society. The presenters encouraged the audience to explore new ideas, go beyond their comfort zones and question existing paradigms from a variety of disciplines.
