I think the Centre for Research in Education and Human Services in Waterloo, ON has done some stuff with oral health and hard-to-reach populations...their website is www.crehs.on.ca and I have a feeling that Jonathan Lomotey ([log in to unmask]) or Maria Hatzipantelis ([log in to unmask]) would be the ones you'd want to talk to.
