I'm sorry. Implies is not good enough.  We know that elected
representatives, the medical and health establishment, and others with
vested interested, i.e. behaviourally oriented health promoters, will use
any loophole and wiggle space to avoid talking and dealing with the basic
determinants of health.

I attended a consultation and my wife attended another.  The people there
ALL spoke about income, housing, poverty, and hunger.  And we were told at
these sessions that every other session had more or less said the same
thing. What happened to these? Even Ralph Klein and Mike Harris would agree
with these health goals.

These goals represent a RETREAT from the Health Canada statements about the
mainsprings of health.

I am VERY dissapointed. This is another big step backwards in Canada.
