What great acknowledgement of the message you've been working at for so
long, Dennis (nice plug for the book, too!).
Interesting link to what is going on politically south of the border as well
as in Canada--could we dream for politicians brave enough to develop
policies that recognize the connection between poverty and health? Haven't
seen any indication of that here in rich old Alberta, but I live in eternal
hope. I recently met with our MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) to
talk about the "Third Way" and managed to bring in the SDOH. Not sure he'd
heard much about this before. Small steps...
