Hey guys-

The explanation of the model is correct except for your interpretation as top-down and bottom-up- that is very incorrect. This is a linear model on a horizontal platform that does not have a hierarchy in place. I have NOT implied there is more or less importance of information at any point in this transfer of knowledge.
In the future, please state completely what your problem is with any of the postings and not hedge around. Thank You :)
