I didn't know that to be the case Doug, could you please share more details?

As to the suggestion that topical application may be better, they're  
definitely good.

Targeted interventions in this regard are generally successful, and  
when combined with screening and referral and delivered in both dental  
and non-dental settings, likely represents one of the most reasonable  
ways to impact specific populations.

In Canada, we now need the buy-in of physicians and the larger public  
health care sector, so that this can be incorporated into well-baby  
visits and into nurse practitioner care for example.
