I had the opportunity to attend the Third International Conference on Urban
Health in Boston this week. Of particular interest was the presentation on
approaches to health that contrasted the San Francisco and New York City
approaches to promoting health.

I think you would agree that they couldn't contrast more!

BTW, "Social Determinants of Health: Canadian Perspectives" went through
its first print run of 2000 copies in seven weeks.  Second printing is
underway.
