Thank you so much Ken.  I am [log in to unmask] I have been using listservs for the past 10 years and yet still continue to be amazed at the power for information sharing from all over the world! People are so willing to share.

I am looking for information for a presentation in early January.  The information is for a slide that speaks to the social determinants of health with the health delivery system only contributing 10% to the overall drivers of health in the US.  Does anyone have a slide or reference that could be used to create it?
