An undergraduate student sent me the following question:

"Do you know a few good books and/or articles that I can read to help
better understand the specifics of how social policies affect health
care disparities?"

If you send me a list of your favorite resources on this topic, I
will summarize them for the list.  (Note: I also posted this to the 
Spirit of 1848 list.)
