Hi:

I'm scanning articles. I remember a point about death rates in I think one of Dr. Raphael's articles which gave how much of an impact that 9/11 had on the US death rate for that year. I'm trying to use that in a presentation where I use Dr. Navarro's differences in death rates by voter turnout for SDPs. 

If anyone knows where this is at it will help me move along.
