what we do in one country, or country to country, re trade/pollution/etc also affects other countries and the possibilities for their citizens.  Therefore, it is important IMO

A majority of the list subscribers are Canadian.  In addition, I certainly find developments in Europe and South America and elsewhere relevant to my understanding of the determinants of health.  Perhaps you should also.
