The photo spoken of by this thread's respondents, and as noted, is from
Twain's 1895 tour. The request, as worded, was for something from the
Cable tour. I do vaguely recall something about Twain's entertaining
reporters from his bed - but no photographs. My own collection of
reviews and notes from the Cable tour is not indexed and after a brief
scan through it, I found no mention of such an event.
