Greetings from Malaysia,  This is my third attempt in trying to get my
message across.  Hopefully this works.  I'm new to writing in an open
space though have been using e-mail for some time now.  I've been asked
to write a prposal for distance education to be offered for our
postgraduate program in medicine.  Can someone put me in touch with
colleagues/instituions which implement dis.educ. in medicine/allied
health.  What questions should I address in this proposal?  We're
planning to offer this next July 1995.  Is there anyone who can come over
to conduct a workshop for us...but of course one who has been conducting
