There is a person at Merchantile Office Systems (MOS) in KTM who
is setting up an internet link.  He was doing a UUCP dial-up to
India, but last I heard it was still in "development."

How about Planned Parenthood and Plan International?  I believe
they both may have affiliates in Nepal.

Yep.  The university and Gov't are investigating, but I believe
MOS is more likely to get going first.
