Frank-
There should be two volumes - in any variety of bindings - and The title
page
should read:

PERSONAL MEMOIRS
OF
U.S. GRANT

IN TWO VOLUMES

VOL (ROMAN NUMERAL)

NEW YORK:
CHARLES L. WEBSTER & COMPANY
1885

The copyright page (verso of title page) should read:

Copyright, 1885
By ULYSSES S. GRANT
(rule)
(All rights reserved)

Press of J.J. Little & Co.
Nos. 10 to 20 Astor Place, New York.

On the next page is an inscription in Grant's (facsimile hand):

"These volumes are
dedicated to the American
soldier and sailor.
U.S. Grant
New York City
May 23d 1885"

I cannot help you beyond that, but that should be a start.
