Refund policy:   A processing fee of $60.00 will be charged for all written cancellation requests received by Legamed, Inc. before August 1, 1998.  Cancellation requests received after August 1, 1998 are 75% refundable.  Those received after August 14, 1998 are 50% refundable.  No refunds will be issued after August 27, 1998.
