New Report from the Alberta Centre for Active Living

The Alberta Centre for Active Living has just published a new report:
Helping Older People Be Active at Home: The Effectiveness of the Home
Support Exercise Program
(www.centre4activeliving.ca/publications/reports.html). The report helps
build the case for helping older adults stay active at home and for the
effectiveness of programs such as the centre's Home Support Exercise Program
(HSEP).

You'll find more information about the report and other news from the centre
in the attached file.
