Improving the Health of Canadians: Mental Health, Delinquency and Criminal Activity examines the relationships between mental health, delinquency and criminal activity and their various determinants. It looks at what factors related to mental health within the individual, family, school/peer and community levels settings are related to youth delinquency in either a risk or protective manner. It also looks at the issues facing individuals with a mental illness who were or are involved with the criminal justice system.
