On Friday May 29 th at 7:00 am there will be a 30 minute
outage on the secondary DNS (Domain Name Server) server
draco.ccs.yorku.ca ( IP address 130.63.237.99.)

The DNS server is used by internet applications to convert host
names to network IP addresses.

This outage should only affect users who have incorrectly configured
their DNS server list to have either draco only, or draco
as the first server in the list. During the outage users who did the
former will not be able to run any internet applications, those who did
the latter will experience delays on all internet connections.

CCS strongly suggests that users configure their machines to
follow the following search sequence for the DNS servers:

    130.63.168.21 (deadtech.ccs.yorku.ca), 130.63.237.99
    (draco.ccs.yorku.ca), 132.251.1.2 (crestech.ists.ca).
